We intended to keep all our prices the same as 2007 for the 2008 season, but due to our electric costs nearly doubling we have had to increase the hook up charge. Any bookings already made for 2008 we be honoured at the old price.

For
stays in July or August a deposit of £50.00 per pitch
per week is required, £30 per week at all other times. Any
stay less than a week we require a deposit of 50% of total
holiday
cost,
please

you are unsure how much deposit to pay.
Special
off-peak rates: Book for 7 nights or more in one go for a
discount of 10% off your total site fees. This does not include any school holidays.

Booking
is advisable.
Conditions
of Booking
- Site
fees must be paid in full on arrival.
- Deposits
are non-refundable, except in special circumstances at the
discretion of the proprietors.
- No
refunds given, except under exceptional circumstances. That
does not include bad weather.
- Notification
of late or early arrivals, i.e. before 8:30 a.m. and after
9:00 p.m. must be given.
- The
proprietors reserve the right not to allow entry onto the
site of any person or persons.
- Please
make minimal noise in both late evenings and early mornings.
- Use
care whilst using barbecues, do not burn the grass or hedges,
use the bricks provided for disposable BBQ’s.
- Keep
to the 5mph speed limit at all times (remember there are
children playing).
- Parents
are responsible for their children’s
behaviour at all times and must accompany them to the toilets
at all times.
- Site
to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on day of departure, unless a
prior arrangement
has been
made.
- Friendly
dogs on leads and pets are most welcome.
- All
pet fouling must be cleaned up and placed in bins provided.
- Any
owners of pets becoming a nuisance will be asked to leave
the site.
- Any
guest or visitor failing to comply with the above conditions
will be asked
to leave
the site.
- We
cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury
or
loss or damage to
any property
including
vehicles.
- The
proprietors reserve the right to re-let a pitch after
midnight
on the
stated day
of arrival, unless
previously notified.
- Any guest or visitor failing to comply with the above conditions
will be asked to leave the site.
