TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOGPOD BOOKINGS
All Pod bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:
Payment of the balance is payable no later than 28 days before the commencement of your holiday. If we do not receive the balance by this time, your Pod may be re-let. If you book within 28 days of your stay the total fee is payable.
A £20 per night deposit is payable in low season £25 mid season and £30 in high season. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation: If you cancel your stay before 28 days prior to your arrival you lose your deposit. If you cancel more than 14 days before your stay you lose half the monies paid. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay you lose all monies paid. We recommend you take out travel insurance to insure against any cancellation you may make.
Credit Card Retainer: All guests booking a Pod will be required to give their credit / debit card details on arrival. These will be retained in a secure place for the duration of your stay, this is to safeguard against damage or theft. The details will be destroyed immediately after the Pod has been inspected and cleaned.
No refunds are given for early departure.
Pods are reserved from 2:00 pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:30 am on your departure day. Pods are expected to be left on time in a clean and tidy state.
One car space is allocated to each pod.
All Pods are NON SMOKING and you must not cook in the Pods. Any cooking must take place at least 1.5 metres from the Pod and its canopy. Any Pod that needs extra cleaning because of cooking or smoking will be charged a fee of £25.00 from the retained Credit Card.
One small pup tent may be placed next to a Pod, this must be booked in advance and our normal rates apply to the tent and occupants.
Tollgate Farm is a park for families and couples only and reserves the right not to accept bookings from groups of more than 2 people.
Dogs are permitted in certain Pods (max 2) but must not be left on their own in them and must be cleaned up after.
Personal property is your responsibility and we will not be liable for any belongings lost or damaged during your stay.
While we encourage visitors to see our animals, we ask that children are always supervised and that hands are washed well after a visit to the animal area.
Parents or carers are responsible for their children at all times and they must accompany them to the toilet / shower block.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our property of any person or persons.
We reserve the right to terminate your permission to stay at Tollgate Farm immediately in the event that you or those in your party are in breach of these or any other term and conditions or park rules or are acting anti-social. In the event of termination no refunds will be given.
ONE vehicle per Pod. We do have a small car park for an extra vehicles but space is not guaranteed.
Visitors are welcome but MUST book it at reception and be off site by 9pm.
No tenancy, the agreement is for the holiday period and is not intended to create the relationship of Landlord and Tenant between the Visitor and Tollgate Farm. The Visitor shall not be entitled to a tenancy, or to any assured shorthold or assured tenancy or any statutory protection under the Housing Act 1988 or other statutory security of tenure now or upon termination of the Agreement.
