CONDITIONS OF BOOKING FOR TENTS, CARAVANS & MOTORHOMES 

  • Site fees must be paid in full on arrival.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds given. (Sorry but bad weather and faulty equipment is not our fault.)

  • Notification of late arrivals, i.e. after 6:00 p.m. must be given, no arrivals before 12:00 midday

  • The proprietors reserve the right not to allow entry onto the site of any person or persons.

  • Please make minimal noise in both late evenings and early mornings.

  • No guests under the age of 18 without Adult Staying with them.

  • Use care whilst using barbecues, do not burn the grass or hedges, use the bricks provided for disposable BBQ’s. Small fire pits off the ground are permitted.

  • Keep to the 5mph speed limit at all times (remember there are children playing).

  • Parents are responsible for their childrens’ behaviour and must accompany them to the toilets and showers at all times.

  • Site to be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on day of departure, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

  • Sleeping in cars is not permitted you must have a recognised unit for sleeping in.

  • Friendly dogs and pets are most welcome at no charge. Dogs to be kept on leads whilst on site.

  • All pet fouling must be cleaned up and placed in general waste bins.

  • No dogs to be left unattended.

  • Any owners of pets becoming a nuisance will be asked to leave the site.

  • We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property including vehicles.

  • The proprietors reserve the right to re-let a pitch after midnight on the stated day of arrival.

  • Any guest or visitor failing to comply with our terms and conditions may be asked to leave the site.

  • If any Guests behaviour is detrimental to other guests enjoyment they will be asked to leave with NO refunds.

  • ONE vehicle per pitch. We do have a small car park for an extra vehicles for a fee and must be booked in advance or a space is not guaranteed.

  • Visitors are welcome but MUST book it at reception and be off site by 9pm.

  • Full payment is required for 1 or 2 nights stay at the time of booking. If you cancel a 1 night stay NO refund is given.

  • If you cancel 2 nights you will receive a refund minus the 50%. 48 hours minimum notice or no refund will be given.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show on your arrival date NO refund is given.

  • 48 hours must be given for any changes to your booking.

  • No drones or kites to be flown at Tollgate Farm, this is for everyone’s privacy and due to overhead electric cables.

  • Holiday Cancellation Insurance. Please note that we strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday / travel Insurance in case you have to cancel and unable to take your holiday with us as deposits are non-refundable.
